Our assurance practice has a broad range of expertise in many areas which allows us to serve a wide variety of clients. However, we have developed a particular expertise in audits of SEC companies, assisted housing entities as well as private and non-profit entities.

Our SEC practice provides year end audits and quarterly reviews as well as related consulting services to non-attest clients. We focus on international and complex issues such as mergers and reverse mergers, options and warrants, convertible instruments and derivatives.

Our assisted housing practice serves housing authorities, USDA-Rural Development, HUD and FHA Direct Lenders and other related organizations.
